Halibut, the king of the flat fish, is one of the Pacific Northwest's most delicious and sought after fare! Perfect prepared as a light meal, or the best fish and chips you've ever had. Our halibut, either locally caught or shipped directly from the fruitful waters of Alaska, yield thick, translucent white boneless fillets with a delicate flake and sweet flavor. We hand fillet and process our halibut exclusively at our Ferndale plant. Each fillet piece weighs approximately 2lbs, and has been carefully vacuum packed and flash frozen to ensure freshness. Price is for one package.
